Terms and Conditions

  • We accept cash payment in US$, CR Colon, GB Sterling, Euros. Also Credit and Debit Cards and BitCoin.
  • Check in 2 pm, check out 11 am (unless by prior arrangement).
  • Photo ID and credit card must be seen by staff at check in.
  • No extra persons will be allowed into your room, except those confirmed at time of booking.
  • No smoking/cooking in the rooms/hotel (additional charge for smoking or cooking 2 x daily room rate).
  • Children must be supervised at all times, but particularly in pool/pond/rancho areas.
  • You will be charged for any damages, or items missing from your room on departure.
  • Sorry, but no pets on hotel premises.
  • Lowest rates guaranteed when booking direct through our website.
  • We also often have special offers and discounted rates available on our booking page.
  • Please note restaurant closure for a period in October for staff vacations. Daily breakfast still available during this period.
  • All rates include full breakfast.

*rates increase during peak periods Christmas, New Year, & Semana Santa Easter holidays.

Rates shown are per room per night. Please contact us for seasonal discounts or package special offers including honeymoon, wedding and other special events. We also offer packages to other destinations in Costa Rica such as Arenal, Monteverde, Rincon de la Vieja, Manuel Antonio, Caribbean etc. Let us save you money and time!

Cancellation Policies

  • General Rate Policy: If cancellation notice is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival day, the total of your reservation will be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable Rate Policy: Chargable at time of booking and no refunds will be given.
  • BitCoin Rate Policy: Chargable at time of booking and no refunds will be given.
  • “No Shows” will be charged in full.
  •  No refunds for early departures.
