Please confirm your reservation by telephone, fax or email. We will require your credit card information to confirm your booking. Payment is due in cash on arrival.

For cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of arrival we offer a full refund, minus any bank charges. After that time full payment is due. Refunds are payable only by transfer direct to your bank or credit card. Under no circumstances will cash be given as a refund.

For your safety and comfort, please note the following:
> No extra persons will be allowed into your room, except those confirmed at time of booking.
> No cooking or ironing allowed in the rooms.
> Strictly no smoking in rooms and rancho.
> Check in 2 pm, check out 12 pm (unless by prior arrangement).
> Payment by wire transfer, cash or credit card.
> Photo ID and credit card needed at check in.
>No pets on hotel property.
